No problem! PVT captures up to five million data points beneath the skin of the user’s palm. Our hardware will easily capture enough reference points to identify you, even through cuts, bruising, moisture and dirt.
Nice try! Unlike other forms of biometrics, our solutions never store an image of the user’s vein pattern. At the time a palm is scanned, the vein pattern is converted to a binary file inside the palm vein sensor. It is then encrypted at 256 bit AES and sent to the matching server. Even in the unlikely event that a hacker is able to access the database, the information is useless to them. The code cannot be inserted into another system and any authentication still requires a user to scan their palm
